Tregiffian Vean

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Tregiffian Vean. This large property is excellent for families as there is enough space for everyone to pursue their own activities. It certainly prevented our grandchildren, all five of them, from falling out. The views are amazing we had a great view of the Land’s End fireworks, the bay and the different skies some of which were quite stormy!

The position adds to the enjoyment as it is at the end of a long drive and has its own garden. The property is very welcoming and you feel at home as soon as you step through the front door. It is well equipped with everything you might need for up to 10 people.

The fact that dogs are also welcome both in the property and also on the beach was a great bonus. Bramble enjoyed her excursions to the beach, the sea and along the cliffs.

This was our first visit but it won’t be our last and we plan to return very soon to the best rental property we have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful week at this stunning house with its’ magnificent gardens. The property exceeded our (high) expectations combining relaxation with luxury. The views are out of this world! It is in a great location for 2 lovely beaches and fabulous walks. We will definitely be back!

The Lookout

I fell in love with “The Lookout” and surrounding area, many years ago, and have returned several times a year, every year since,in all different seasons, and still enjoy every visit.It has remained unspoilt. As soon as you arrive and drive up the private road you feel instantly relaxed. “The Lookout” is exceptionally clean and well equipped to make your stay enjoyable, and you will find stunning country walks, sandy beaches, and the coastal path nearby. You cannot fail to find this place heavenly.

The Coach House

“We love the Coach House – the location is so peaceful at the end of a lane up on the cliffs over Sennen with views from the balcony over Gwynver Beach and round to Sennen. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets each evening.

The Coach House has a large kitchen diner which is great for a family and a lobby area for all the beach gear! Upstairs is an attractively furnished lounge area with two tastefully furnished bedrooms and bathroom leading from it.

Downstairs is the third bedroom ideal for our our son and a friend and shower room next door.

The Coach House is just right for a family holiday with easy access to the beach and lots of pretty places to visit nearby like Mousehole and St Ives – we enjoyed the weekly fireworks at Land’s End and a visit to the Minack Theatre.
A bonus for us is that we can take our dog there and he loved it!
We would recommend the Coach House for a family holiday and our family is going for the third time this summer!”

Brook House

“We would highly recommend Brook House. It is very comfortable, has all mod cons and is in a very quiet and secluded spot. It overlooks the sea and the views from the upstairs lounge are spectacular across to Gwenver- and Sennen beaches and to Sennen Cove. We have been visiting this area for many years now and need our regular fix in this beauty-spot.”

“My favourite holiday house is “Carneve” in Cornwall. A few miles from Lands End, sitting on cliff overlooking the sea, where on a clear day The Scilly Isles can be seen.

I have stayed in this lovely house many times and in all seasons. It is great for a family holiday, with a play/tv room for the younger members,or for relaxing with a group of friends. The spacious lounge dining room has floor to ceiling windows taking advantage of the sea views and the amazing sunsets.
There is a walk down the cliff to a secluded. beach, a favourite with surfers, or For the more energetic the walk over the cliffs to Lands End.”
